Little remains of what used to be a thriving community. In the late 1800's, the community of Firebrick hosted a manufacturing company, producing bricks for the firing ovens of Ohio Valley steel mills . History also records that the little town helped build America, sending bricks down the Ohio River to help build the streets of cities, such as New Orleans. 

 

Salisbury Vineyards and Firebrick Winery has a very special story yet to be fully written or told. So we hope you'll be a part of it. We love our region of Kentucky and the Ohio River Valley. We plan to fire up the economic kiln once again in the region and let the new wine flow from the heart of the United States. Stay tuned...
